I didn't get a chance to work with this company. But the expression "I haven't read Solzhenitsyn, but I condemn" is inappropriate here. Let me explain why. In any financial organization, including this one, there is a security service. They have the authority to make high-level decisions that can only be overturned by the top boss (not the nominal CEO, but the owner), who is unreachable for the client. If the security service is adequate, there will be no problems. But if it isn't, problems are inevitable. At any moment, your account can be blocked, and your money will be lost. Now, assess the adequacy of the security service based on my example. We tried to connect with them to accept card payments. Two stores, one of which is trafaret.net, not an advertisement, just for clarity. The store has been around for 15 years. It belongs to an individual entrepreneur with the same experience. Over all these years, there hasn't been a single (!) complaint against the individual entrepreneur or the store. No lawsuits, tax claims, or disputes with rights holders. Nothing. Here’s what the security service requested: 1. Remove or fill in "empty sections of the website," without specifying which ones. We have about 8000 pages, and not a single one is empty. There are 4 thematic subsections (in the folk painting section) where there are no products. But what do they care? This is an ONLINE STORE — today it's empty, tomorrow it can have products. 2. Provide certificates for "children's stickers." We don't have a single product for children. There is a "childhood" section, but it's just drawings. Even if there were products, what do they care? Are they Rospotrebnadzor? 3. Provide certificates for paints. What is it to them? Even if they were RPN, only cosmetic and finishing paints require mandatory certification. Ours are artistic, and it's evident from the size of the jars. Certification is voluntary; we haven't dealt with it. 4. A contract with the courier service. Who do they think they are? The bank where payments from counterparties go can demand this, and they have already requested such documents from us since the amounts from the same LLC are regular. But what do they care? What if the couriers are ours? What if there’s no contract (for example, we just send it by mail)? 5. Contracts with product suppliers. Have they taken on the functions of the tax inspectorate? Isn’t that a bit much? We don’t have any contracts at all — we produce the products ourselves. And even if we did? An individual entrepreneur on a simplified tax system of 6% — these contracts are unnecessary for anyone. In the end: even if you get connected, absurd or impossible demands can arise at any moment, and you will be blocked. What will happen to the money — don’t even doubt it. Our decision is obvious. Yours — at your discretion.
