My brother and I have a blacksmith shop. He handles the forging, and I take care of promotion. We’ve always had a problem with low conversion rates, and our client base was practically inactive. I made an effort to present our product in detail in the emails. Gradually, we started receiving responses from old clients who had previously ordered forged balusters, canopies, and other products from us. I was especially pleased with one client who placed a large order for a gazebo. And this is despite the fact that I haven’t fully mastered the platform yet. I am currently studying the recommendations on the website and planning to implement additional features.
