We switched to UniSender from another service, and we found it to be more convenient here, as well as having more useful features, especially in analytics. The convenient segmentation and autoresponder really help; we implemented trigger-based mailings. We were aware of the database requirements, so the transfer went smoothly. The mailing works reliably, and I regularly track the statistics and adjust our strategy. It's nice that omnichannel scenarios are available. We also kept it simple with the chatbot, using the Unisender builder. Overall, we are satisfied with the results.
