Additionally, I was really impressed by their articles and knowledge base. They explain in simple terms how to avoid getting into spam and how to create a good subject line. The platform is intuitive. One time, the interface did freeze while saving a large template, but it was fine; it un-froze and everything was saved. The chat support even responds at night; I checked this personally when I was working on a newsletter at three in the morning.
