The service is really convenient, chats don't get lost and work quickly. We started with a 3-day trial period and then decided to use it permanently. Everything is well organized, the interface is simple. I've been using it relatively recently, and overall my impressions are positive. But there is one "but": sometimes it takes a long time to reach support, which makes it hard to focus on the issue. Support should take a cue from the sales department — I have no complaints about them. When we connected the office numbers, they explained everything in detail and helped us.
