We switched to Umnico from another service that unexpectedly raised its prices. Here, the rates are much more reasonable. The first three days of use are free, but in my opinion, that's not enough for a full test of all the features. It would be better to have at least a week. The functionality of the service is truly impressive. Currently, we are using no more than 20%, but that's enough to increase the efficiency of the company. We mainly use the messenger aggregator — it works reliably and without delays. The chats are convenient, all dialogues are saved, and you can always monitor the employees.
