I installed the Umnico plugin on my website and created an account. I added a widget with contact buttons: "Telegram," "WhatsApp," and Umnico itself. But after a week, I realized that this service wasn't right for me, and I decided to remove the buttons. I removed the widget code, deleted the plugin, and rolled back the website, but the buttons still remained. Support does not respond to questions about how to completely remove the plugin. After several inquiries, my account in Umnico was blocked. I consider this plugin to be fraudulent, and the company's behavior to be inadequate. I do not recommend it, as it is unclear where the data goes and whether they are stealing customer card information. I am thinking of going to court and the police.
