A decent torrent tracker forum for the residents of Ulan-Ude in the Republic of Buryatia. It features all the latest in computer life, as well as masterpieces from past years. There's an extensive forum covering everything from humor to flea markets. The site is awesome!

If it weren't for Ulanovka, I would still be stuck on Windows 95. The software there is good. And free.
