I was cheated out of 1500 hryvnias. I had dial-up and unlimited DSL internet. I hadn't used dial-up in 3-4 years, but after a thunderstorm, my router settings got messed up. I set it up myself, entered the login and password, but the internet either didn't work or was very slow. I called the hotline and explained the situation. They told me not to disconnect the internet for 24 hours so they could test and fix the problem. I did that, but after a day, nothing changed. I called back, and they told me again not to disconnect the internet. Then I received the bill: 100 hryvnias for unlimited internet (2 Mbps) and 1500+ for dial-up. I went to the office, and they said they didn't know anything and that I had entered the wrong login. But they could see that I had entered the wrong login, so why ask me not to disconnect the internet?
