From the perspective of a free website builder and hosting, "Ucoz" is great for beginners with small websites, especially for business cards. Although the functionality is not perfect, the ease of use, a variety of templates, and an intuitive interface allow you to create a website in just 3-4 hours. However, the free version has its limitations: the disk space limit is 400 MB, there is a lot of advertising, the mobile version leaves much to be desired, and the site can be deleted if there are no visits. Nevertheless, you can connect your own domain, which is rare for free versions of other builders. The created site works quite well, but there are occasional issues with the uptime of "Ucoz" servers. I wouldn't switch to the paid version: the optimal plan that offers the necessary features costs about $8 per month, and it's easier to use third-party hosting and create a site with another builder that allows for migration.
