The description should remove the word "free." It's misleading. Free sites on uCoz no longer publish. The situation is this: you register, spend time creating a website, and when it's time to take it off quarantine, they show you a big thumbs down and offer you to purchase a paid package. Don't want to? Then look for another platform. That's exactly what I did, just regretting the time wasted.
