In my opinion, this is the most budget-friendly and at the same time the most functional option. The admin panel is not as simple as those of other services, but its capabilities are significantly broader. Clear advantages include a good selection of templates and the ability to track multiple sites in one category. I have several projects on Ucoz, both educational and commercial. It's a pity that the SEO panel has now become paid; it used to be available without a premium plan. However, if you want to remove the ad blocks, you will still have to pay for that.
