I have been using Ucoz for a long time to practice website creation. For this purpose, it really suited me. However, I didn't dare to buy anything there, as the domain from Ucoz is 4(!) times more expensive than standard .ru domains on any hosting. For serious projects, it's not the best choice, but for entertainment, it's quite suitable. It mainly fits those who don't want to delve into learning and complexities.
