In 2014, as an inexperienced user, I decided to create a science-themed website using uCoz. Original texts (without copying) allowed me to achieve the 20th and even 15th positions in Yandex and Google search results for thematic queries within the first two months. However, everything changed soon after: intrusive ads began to appear on the site, especially for users who were not logged in, often of a pornographic nature. My attitude towards the service was completely soured by a call from uCoz employees offering paid website services, promising to remove the ads. In the end, I deleted the website and my uCoz account, but I also had to "bury" the content: it was easier that way, as content migration is only possible manually.
