The system is really interesting, the search is quick, and the analytics are top-notch. However, it was important for me to have a mobile app and the ability to access the system at any time. I also needed integration with CRM. I regularly called my manager, but she told me that this is still in development. Not waiting for the promised updates, I decided to leave. If these features are added in the future, I might come back. For now, I give the tender plan 3 stars!
