We use Telfin for our delivery service. We connected many features for testing, and in the end, we are using IVR, automatic forwarding to the courier, and voice dialing. The app for making and receiving calls is very convenient; we didn't need to buy phones. We installed it on PCs and mobile devices. There is always a recording of all calls available, which allows us to listen to any of them if needed. Overall, this is exactly what we need for effective operation.
