At the end of June last year, I paid for the Business Tariff for a year. At first, everything was going well. However, in February, the main page of Taplink and the ability to edit the store stopped functioning — the page was deleted or moved by the creator. Because of this, I couldn't reach out to support chat. I found an email in my inbox, which turned out to be an automated mailing, as I was told by Taplink, and responses to it go nowhere — but the email didn't mention this at all! Usually, in business correspondence, it's customary to leave contact information or to warn that this is an automated mailing and that replies should not be sent, but rather one should write to a different address. However, all the links in their emails led to a non-working main page. I wrote about my problem, but of course, I received no response. A week later, I wrote again — silence. Google only suggested one solution — clear the cache, update the browser, and so on. Nothing helped. This continued until the beginning of June when the store unexpectedly started working again. At the end of the month, I received a payment reminder. I emailed a question about what to do regarding the paid functionality that hadn't worked for four months. Essentially, the service was not provided in full, and it wasn't my fault that I couldn't contact support. But, of course, the email went unanswered. Later, after somehow finding the chat by scrolling down the page, I entered and asked the question again. In response, I was told that everything was working perfectly on their end, and that my issues were my problems. Therefore, I do not recommend this service to anyone: they will take your money, but there will be no support.
