I had two profiles on the Business plan with Taplink, and the fee was automatically deducted from my card every month. One day, I decided to transfer my funds to another card, and as a result, Taplink was unable to deduct the payment for the plan. For three days, I received no notifications—neither SMS nor push notifications from the service. As a result, I was quietly disconnected from the plan, and when I tried to make a payment, I was charged 725 rubles per month. Correspondence with them yielded no results, and the responses were along the lines of "it's your fault." I believe the price for such a modest set of services is inflated. I immediately disabled the payment for one profile, while for the second one, which I had worked on for a long time, I am still paying and simultaneously transferring the site to other platforms. Unfortunately, Taplink's loyalty to its customers is close to zero, and it's easier not to try to communicate with them but to look for alternative solutions. Good luck to everyone.
