It is impossible to contact support. The message icon used to appear sometimes, but now it’s gone. My application didn’t arrive on time, and I missed potential clients over the course of 2 months. Money is not refunded upon subscription cancellation. The auto-scroll feature in the image carousel doesn’t work, and the saved changes are not applied. I am leaving the platform; the plan is not worth it. SSL certificates didn’t load, and the website doesn’t open at all. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
