This is the fourth accounting program for auto services that I have implemented at my service station. After the release of the second version, I finally decided to choose stocrm, and here’s why: the main aspect is working with clients, and the program handles this well. The logic and processes are specifically designed for auto services. Thanks to the integration with telephony, it is almost impossible to miss a new order or agreement, parts ordering, assembling goods into work orders, and so on. The flexibility of the program allows for the adaptation of our own business processes. The auto service module, including work orders and pricing, is executed at a high level. It’s a bit disappointing that there’s no “tree” for the warehouse, but that’s just a matter of getting used to it over time. After the second release, the developers quickly respond to feedback and add new features, and technical support responds instantly.
