This is an excellent and reliable platform. I have been working with it for several years and can confidently say that nothing more convenient exists. If support responds a bit slower than usual, it indicates a high workload, not that you are being ignored. In any situation, they always find a solution and strive to meet customer requests. I am sure that negative reviews do not apply to this platform at all. Moreover, bad reviews are only left by those who, in a state of emotional distress, believe they have been deceived, when in reality they just didn't understand the situation!
