I ordered a website, providing a specific technical assignment. They pretended to be actively working, but after a month, they sent a link to a "template" costing $59. I asked why I needed them for 500,000 rubles, what their work consisted of, and what kind of website developers they were. They never answered my question about the domain and hosting.
