SITE123

I'll start with the drawbacks. First of all, it's impossible to export the created website to another hosting or extract it in any way. This is a private service that offers its services only from its own servers. This already raises the question of who actually owns the site. Secondly, the website builder is from the foreign internet, payments are made in dollars, which leads to exchange rate fluctuations. Moreover, for similar functionality, they charge significantly more when converted. Thirdly, the pricing plans are not as flexible as they may seem. They increase the capacities without significant changes in functionality. In other respects, everything is quite acceptable. They know how to create websites, and they work reliably. I didn't notice any difference in hosting quality between the paid and free options; perhaps it will only show with high traffic. In my usage, the site didn't freeze, which is very nice. In fact, there are 4 paid plans. More precisely, there seems to be one paid plan, but with several "capacities." The most expensive one can be obtained for about 1,000 a month, but you have to pay for 3 years in advance. On the other hand, for that 1,000, you get 270 GB, payment gateways, and a full-fledged online store. This is quite advantageous, but I wouldn't recommend creating stores through website builders.

I use Site123 less often than I would like. I previously created pages with other builders, but for my projects, this one offers more than enough capabilities. Additionally, Site123 is very convenient. The name of the builder reflects its essence – websites are created quickly and efficiently. You choose a template, make changes, add information, and the site is ready. This applies to the free plan, and with the paid plan, you can connect your own domain and add products, which can be quite a hassle. I liked the free plan. Although it has strict limitations, it works great as a trial option or for creating a business card or portfolio. There’s only half a gig of disk space, so you can’t go overboard with files. It works quickly, and there are no issues with search engines. I’ve created many landing pages on it and gathered decent traffic. The paid plan is suitable for simple personal websites, but it won't be powerful enough for a store. You shouldn't expect much from the builder in the cheapest package for less than 500 rubles a month. If you upgrade the package, the changes mainly involve the volume. However, you can use your beautiful domain instead of relying on a subdomain.

SITE123 is the easiest and most convenient option. With it, you can create your own website or online store in just a few minutes. There are many ready-made templates and layouts available; you just need to choose the most suitable one. No dragging and dropping is required; everything is done directly on the platform. There is a lot of ready-made content, but you can also upload your own materials. The finished website is fully optimized for mobile devices, and all of this is absolutely free. You only need to pay if you connect a domain. I have chosen the free option for now, but I plan to switch to my own domain as my cosmetics online store grows. Moreover, the cost turns out to be quite small and affordable.

I ordered a website, providing a specific technical assignment. They pretended to be actively working, but after a month, they sent a link to a "template" costing $59. I asked why I needed them for 500,000 rubles, what their work consisted of, and what kind of website developers they were. They never answered my question about the domain and hosting.

In Russia, it has stopped functioning correctly; for more than six months now, images on websites are not displaying. Previously, everything was fine; we quickly created two beautiful and functional websites without outside help, editing was convenient, and the interface was very comfortable. Now we are suffering and need to redo everything on another platform.
