The website builder for online stores has many problems. Recently, they released an update to version 8, and I was lucky to have version 7, as the transition for users of earlier versions turned out to be paid. Although, considering the subscription for updates (which, in essence, should be free since they are improving their functionality for clients), it doesn't bring any savings. The store has long switched to its own hosting, as the previous one was completely unsatisfactory. I don't know how they manage their servers, but the site often crashes. As for the engine freezing, that didn't solve the problem. I thought it was the servers, but in reality, the builder itself is poorly written. For example, when placing an order, the page can take several seconds to load, which I find unacceptable. Regarding its functionality, formally yes, you can do everything yourself without knowing programming languages. The builder is quite simple and intuitive, but if you need to customize something, that's where the difficulties begin. I encountered them right at the creation stage, as my business is service-oriented rather than product-oriented. The builder is geared towards products, and replacing them with services can only be done through programming code, as it wasn't initially designed for that. Now I'm considering whether to switch to WordPress with WooCommerce. As for version 8, they added a new dynamic page for order processing, which made the process significantly more convenient – at least they have made progress in something.
