On one hand, the telephony service from Rostelecom is quite good. It is not very expensive compared to similar offerings from other providers, and they even have their own app - a softphone. With it, operators can receive calls from clients remotely, call them, and conduct video calls. This app also functions as a corporate messenger. Internal communication is free, requiring only internet access, although there are certain requirements for that. They claim that the telephony works without interruptions even at a speed of 64 kbps, but I have a speed of 256 kbps, and the connection is sometimes unstable. There are instances when calls get dropped, and during conversations, there are noise and other issues. The price is generally in line with the quality, but they could still improve the service. The system has some glitches, and the settings can easily get reset: I set up a schedule for distributing calls among operators, but it got reset the next day. This has happened three times during my entire time using the service. In my opinion, call recording is pointless. I don't know what they do with the audio files to save space on the server, but the quality of the recording is worse than the call itself.
