With Rostelecom, I was able to quickly set up a phone system in the office. There was no need to lay any lines; we just connected to the internet, and the phone started working. There's an option to connect a free 8 800 number, but I'm still considering whether it's worth it. In addition to standard call reception features, you can record employee conversations, set up forwarding rules, configure greetings, and monitor the work of the PBX and operators. The prices are a bit high, and I wasn't entirely happy with the billing. It's a typical approach for a telecom company, where each package of minutes is tied to a specific number of employees. For example, I pay 1,500 rubles for 5 workstations and get a package of 1,000 minutes. Naturally, it's not always possible to even come close to that number of calls. I've seen more advantageous offers from other operators, but I still chose Rostelecom since I've been their client as an individual for a long time. The phone service can only be connected for legal entities. To evaluate the quality of the service, there is a trial period. Unlike other services that offer only a couple of days, here you get a full 2 weeks. This allows you to assess both the connection and the functionality. I liked everything back then, so I continue to use it.
