I signed a contract with Rostelecom, but this company does not have functioning notifications for low balance. My phone stopped working three times, and the support staff seemed to try to fix it, but the notifications about running out of funds never appeared. Due to the account blockage, I lost sales. In the end, I decided to stop working with them and do not recommend collaborating with this company, as they simply cannot establish alerts for insufficient funds!
