Occasionally, there are minor glitches, but none of the employees have faced critical issues. As for EDI, we have no complaints here. I want to highlight their reasonable pricing policy. For the regions, the cost is slightly lower than in Moscow or St. Petersburg. The difference is not significant, but in the capital, we would pay 50% more for the same services. Although the discounts for long-term cooperation are not high (after three years, there is only a 10% discount on EDI). The cost of sending documents is 5 rubles per package, and an additional 4,000 rubles is required for internal document flow. We are satisfied with the prices, and we consider this one of the most advantageous offers on the market.
