For a month now, we have been unable to get the employees of Tensor to connect the electronic document management system (EDO). Our calls with persistent offers of cooperation receive responses like, "We'll call you back," and "We'll get in touch." We tried to complain about the staff's performance, but when Alexandra took the call, she said there was no one to discuss this issue with. If our partners weren't insisting on working with Tensor, we would have already chosen ******** a long time ago... At this point, the only way to convey a complaint about the staff to the management of Tensor or responsible parties is through this review. I hope they see it.
