I paid for an account (№ 258879), but the money hasn't gone through. For two months, I was misled, the money was never refunded, and it hasn't even been credited to my balance. It's astonishing how such a large yet poor company cannot resolve an issue in the interest of its customers. Support is unhelpful and seems afraid to make decisions.
