I don't see the need to purchase a full-featured system and spend significant money on it. We use a special plan that allows us to save on some features. The only limitation is the 5 workstations. If the number exceeds that, we will have to switch to the standard plan. So far, we have paid for the CRM for six months, spending about 20,000. In the end, it comes out to just over 3,000 a month for 5 users, which is quite advantageous. Another limitation is related to the size of the database: it should have no more than 1,000 active objects. Fortunately, we haven't even reached half of that limit yet, so we don't plan to expand. We only lose out on support priority, but we've never needed it. The CRM is quite simple; everyone was able to master it in a couple of days. There are enough settings, and it was easy for us since we already had experience with CRMs and knew what to click on. The only issue is the speed of operation: sometimes it takes a long time to respond, although this is clearly not related to the size of the database.
