In my previous job, I used this CRM system. Overall, it's a good and functional program. However, there are some downsides: it heavily loads the system (it will lag on weak hardware, so I recommend upgrading office computers or considering lighter options) and it looks outdated. I didn't like working in the mobile app, while the desktop version is somewhat acceptable. Everything else is great. The capabilities are impressive, updates are released regularly, new features are added, and bugs are fixed. It's worth the money.
