I helped implement this system at a company that deals with windows. Honestly, CRM Ramex is quite a weak product. Its entire functionality is exclusively tailored to this business. This solution is not universal, and expanding its functionality through third-party integrations is practically impossible – there are almost none. On the other hand, within its niche, the system offers many useful features. Firstly, all deals are recorded in the CRM. I know that some managers might skip recording deals. For example, they might refuse a client and then sell their information to another company or acquaintances. In Ramex, all inquiries are logged, and if there was a refusal, the reasons can always be clarified. Secondly, the system prevents fraud from the measurers. They also have their own scheme – they go out for measurements, negotiate directly, and process refusals. For control, another solution is used: measurers install an app that tracks their geolocation and sends data to the system. If the system records a repeat visit to the same address, it can lead to serious consequences. Otherwise, the features are standard for any CRM, such as tracking lead sources or financial analytics. Overall, the system is useful in its niche, but it makes no sense to apply it outside of it.
