The support service is absolutely inadequate, rude, and disrespectful. I don't understand why they call themselves support when their main goal seems to be to humiliate those who reach out to them. Yes, with a lot of effort, you can climb the ranks and earn something, but only if you have the right skills. And even then, you can be discarded at any moment. The freelancers on this site have no rights; to them, you are just slaves, and you will always be treated accordingly. The situation is a bit better for clients, but as I understand it, not always. Also, make sure to read the rules before starting work if anyone decides to go for it. Some points in them really seem silly and get in the way.
