I worked at one company with Megaplan and at another with Bitrix. Both services are free and don't offer anything special. This time, the startup team convinced me to try Pirrus. It's an equivalent to those project management systems but less functional. Bitrix significantly outperforms it in capabilities. Here, there are only basic functions, and constant support requests with suggestions quickly become tiring. In terms of convenience, Pirrus doesn't seem any better. You need to get used to each system, and in Bitrix, I can easily perform the same tasks as here. The interface isn't more user-friendly, and the speed of work is the same. However, the Pirrus app for Android is simply terrible. I can't delete or modify comments or attachments in a task. To fix this, I have to completely delete the task. I also couldn't remove an employee from a task whom I added by mistake, and they still have access. Lastly, what annoys me is the absence (or malfunction) of the draft feature. I can start writing text in the app, accidentally close it, and everything I've written disappears. Overall, these small flaws ruin the impression of working with it. I would rather return to the tried-and-true Bitrix than work with such emerging services.
