Pirrus combines the functions of email, messenger, Google Forms, task planner, and much more. It can be used for free or on a paid basis. I tried the free version, and honestly, for a small company, the paid version isn't really necessary—who actually needs 10 gigabytes of storage, backups, external directories, and so on? Although, of course, that's useful too. It's nice that there are no limits on the number of connected users, which is a big plus. However, there is a limit on the number of tasks—100—which isn't really a problem. All functions work well; you can add participants, communicate, share documents, and upload files. There are integrations with Google Drive and OneDrive. The app is even available for free, which is very convenient. You can attach files of any format—whether it's a Word document, audio file, or even photos and videos. Pirrus can help save space, although that's more theoretical since no one is going to delete their email or messenger, as Pirrus is needed for internal work, while the rest is for external communications. So the real benefit in this is questionable. I especially liked the document approval feature, which allows you to quickly get signatures from different people, even if they're in different locations. I sent a document to the workspace, and within 10-15 minutes everything was signed without the need to run around. There are some downsides, although they aren't critical. For example, the chat doesn't show who is currently active, which any messenger can do. There's also no read receipt feature, which I didn't really like. Perhaps this has been fixed in the latest versions, but I haven't used Pirrus for several months.
