Our team has about 10 people. Previously, we used a combination of email and messengers like Telegram and WhatsApp, and then we switched to Slack. The main problem was that it was difficult to control project execution and track their status. We started looking for a way to organize deadlines and assign responsibilities. We settled on Trello, which turned out to be quite convenient. However, we soon went back to searching for other solutions, as we needed not only to track projects and tasks but also to collect requests from the website and support ongoing projects, similar to a service desk. We tested Payrus, and it addressed most of our current tasks; we were satisfied! The only thing we would like to improve is having a to-do list within a single task. You can use a Kanban board, but it's excessive for small tasks.
