I really liked the document approval process and the ability to customize it without the help of programmers. Working with versions is also convenient: you upload a new file, and next to the old one, a "previous" version label appears along with a "go to latest" button. Additionally, we organized a route for onboarding new employees; we have many couriers, and this is very convenient. Everything is like in a checklist: documents, uniform jacket, route, money, terminal, goods, and so on. Approving decisions is also comfortable, as the necessary manager joins only at the stage when their opinion is needed and does not interfere in discussions. There are plenty of features; I haven't explored everything yet. The only thing that's missing is Gantt charts.
