The program is not suitable for coordinating complex structured contracts, where numerous revisions and constant uploads of new versions considering the counterparties' edits are necessary. When used on a PC, the preview does not allow you to see changes, so you have to constantly upload documents (and what if there are more than 50?). There is no protection against editing tasks by participants in the approval process who are not initiators (for example, anyone can set or cancel deadlines and change the status of the approver). There is no protection against accidental button presses, such as "Approve" or "Postpone," and it is impossible to group all actions for adding or moving approvers into one line — if the contract is being approved for several months, this leads to the creation of a cumbersome table that is difficult to work with. In the central part, there is no clear separation by days; it is only implemented as a pop-up menu, which is extremely inconvenient. When a previously uploaded file is replaced by one of the participants, it is not highlighted in red to indicate that the file has been changed — everything is displayed in gray, and it is not always noticeable unless you look closely. If two stages were not initially created and then a second one needs to be added, all approvers automatically become observers. The program is extremely inconvenient for working with contracts that require approval from multiple counterparties and drag on for a long time.
