Notifications for recurring tasks do not come through. I create a task, set its recurrence, but the responsible people do not receive notifications. In my café, there are many actions that repeat on certain days, so I wanted to integrate Payrus and even bought an iPad to make it easier for the staff to work. I reached out to customer support, but I never received a response. It seems they are not interested in interacting with new users.
