We have been using the CRM Simple Business for over a year. It is a very effective and functional system, and it is also easy to understand. A free version is available for a team of five people. Considering that we have more than 15 employees, we chose the paid plan. The setup and learning process went smoothly, especially thanks to the free training we received for paying for the CRM three months in advance. All our calls and requests are processed in the CRM, which has significantly simplified our work (previously we were using Excel spreadsheets).
