The company has scam stores. I bought a product, but it was never sent. The company refused to investigate the fraud!!!

I agree with many of the negative reviews. I have my own website, but acquaintances advised me to open one on Prom as well. Now I think it was a mistake to spread myself too thin; I should have invested that money in promoting my own site. I believe that even though Prom is at the top...

Terrible service, the audacity of the managers knows no bounds! We posted a page on this portal, and then the calls from the managers started with offers to pay, promising to do everything for the promotion of the site. In the end, we receive calls with instructions on what we must do...

They blocked information on all pages for free user accounts - they are pushing towards purchasing paid accounts, and the prices are VERY high. So even deleting or changing information is not possible. I deleted my account, but my site is still…

Working with Prom.ua brought nothing good. They placed competitors in the same categories under our brands, and people clicked hundreds of thousands of times, not to us but to the competitors. They disregarded copyright issues and continue to do so to this day. When you're on their platform, you have to be at the computer day and night, monitoring their threats to lower your rating if you don't respond to a client through their form. It's the company's responsibility to respond or not, for their own money; I want to respond (in my own interest) or I don't want to. There are many such coercive tactics, aimed at not letting the client go and brainwashing them with dozens of unnecessary, artificially created functions, keeping everything to themselves.
