I tested a virtual server on the Optima plan located in Chelyabinsk, paying for the minimum term of 3 months. According to the plan, the virtual machine was supposed to have 0.5 GB of memory (about 512 MB). However, in practice, it only received about 342 MB (the system monitor top shows 326.9 MiB). The ProfitServer data center promises an internet channel with a bandwidth of 50 to 100 Mbps. But measurements from 4 different Russian data centers (Moscow, Yekaterinburg, and Severetsk) show speeds ranging from 30 to 50 Mbps.
