I am surprised by the approach to pricing. Why not offer a complete solution that includes all modules right away? Why make separate purchases for external numbers and recordings when they are so important? In the end, the cost of the full module turns out to be significantly higher than initially expected. I'm also amused by the free callback widget. They really offer it for free, while other services sell it. But here's the problem: without a virtual PBX, it won't work, so you'll have to purchase their program. However, it would be unfair to criticize this feature. The callback is provided for free through telephony; you only pay for the main phone tariff. And you don't have to worry about finding and setting up the widget, so it's truly a nice addition. The PBX is quite flexible in its settings. You can connect multiple operators, change call processing algorithms, and there's a convenient analytics system. There have been no call drops or malfunctions. All calls are recorded, and you can access and download any conversation recording at any time. If the service lowered the price for using all the modules, I would have no complaints at all.
