In December, the manager who worked remotely through onlinePBX left, and there was no longer a need for the service, so I didn't renew the license. In early March, I noticed that a payment for the service had been charged to my account. I logged into the app and discovered that I had set up an autopayment, and money was deducted in February and March. There was no autopayment in January, so it's hard to assume that I activated it myself, as I hadn't accessed the service since December. Previously, there were situations where the telephony was paused when the manager went on vacation, and the license simply expired; I didn't renew it, and no money was deducted. After that, we would pay for the license again, the number remained, and we continued working. Now I'm being told that even though the license has expired, the number is still mine, so money is being deducted. However, without a renewed license, I can't use the services, even if I wanted to. I don't understand what the money was deducted for, and they don't want to issue a refund. They claim that there were many calls this year, but in the statistics of my account, there isn't a single incoming or outgoing call.
