We connected to Atol Online about a year ago and so far we are very satisfied. We have an online store that sells accessories, and we chose Atol based on recommendations from acquaintances, as well as its compliance with the law. We didn't want to face any issues with the tax authorities or the law in general. I only contacted technical support for the replacement of the FN, and there were no delays with that at all. They usually respond within a few hours. The integration with 1C didn't require anything special, so the cost of services is justified. It's convenient to gather statistics; the personal account has all the necessary functions, so I have no complaints.
