I purchased an Atol cash register, and inside it was a coupon for a year of OFD service. After registering the cash register with the tax office and activating the coupon, I received a message: Error! The activation key is blocked. I called "OFD Platform," and they informed me that the block was not on their side, but from whoever printed the coupon. I contacted the company where I bought the cash register, and they said they didn't put the coupon in the box; it was done by the Atol factory, so I needed to reach out to them. I called Atol, and they explained that they do not communicate with end users, only with those who sold the cash register. I mentioned that I bought it from them, but they replied that they hadn't opened the box and handed it to me as they received it. Everything inside the box is the responsibility of the Atol factory, and if there are problems, I need to contact the manufacturer. To this, I was told that Atol's technical support does not communicate with the owners of their products. Now I have three cash registers with unactivated coupons, and I don't know what to do. The cash registers are already registered, and now I either need to buy OFD for 3000 rubles or re-register the cash register with the tax office to work with another operator.
