I clearly remember how difficult it was to obtain a digital signature for banking operations, so this was a significant relief for me. There were no issues with the connection. The personal account is intuitive, and the instructions detailed each step. I signed the contract with a partner OFD. By the way, I was glad that I chose the Bitrix engine and paid for support for a long time. The integration went smoothly, and I have never encountered any malfunctions. The module connected according to the instructions and worked immediately. In the personal account, the site connected instantly. The cash register is located in a data center and operates around the clock. With the change of FN, we have no delays, and technical support is always available. Just recently, Atol introduced free calls to the nationwide number 800, as calls to the Moscow number have long been irrelevant for such companies. Perhaps if I had spent time and effort looking for a cheaper solution, I could have saved some money. But for me, this is a family business, and it's easier to pay for comfort than to run around different offices searching for alternative options. In the end, it would cost more.
