I explored numerous cloud solutions and ultimately chose one, and I have never regretted my choice. Installing an online cash register in the store was mandatory to avoid penalties, and Atol offered the most understandable and transparent conditions. I wanted to minimize effort, and Atol promised full technical support. I thought the website administrator would handle the connection while I dealt with other issues. However, it turned out to be more complicated than I expected. Suddenly, the admin discovered that the system was not compatible with the WordPress engine, even though the payment had already gone through. I had to call and find out, thinking I would have to get a refund and look for something new, as moving would mean losing all positions in search engines. Fortunately, it turned out that Atol is compatible with WordPress; there just wasn't any information about it on the website. The situation was unpleasant, but it worked out. I also reached out a few times with minor questions since there were many actions to perform in the personal account. In the end, I managed, although I had to watch videos and study materials. It's not entirely clear why a separate digital signature was needed for the cash register, but no one promised an easy path. That also took some time. In the end, I spent a week, and after that, everything worked; now I don't think about it. We comply with the law, have no issues with payments, and receipts are sent out. Sales statistics are maintained, and the cash register works without failures. I have no complaints about the service.
