I joined a company that uses this CRM system. Previously, I worked with various customer management programs, but I adapted to this one the fastest. The interface here is very simple and intuitive. You can communicate with clients through different channels from one window, and then create deals directly from the conversation with just one click. All the information about the client is stored in their profile, from which you can even make a call. I understand that such functionality is almost everywhere, but it is implemented here especially conveniently and easily. And if you are not at work or on the go, you can access the app (available on Android and iOS) and get all the necessary work information. Overall, this CRM completely satisfies me.
